Phil Davis, ALC

Phil is a native of Greenville, S.C., and is one of the founding principal members of Lighthouse Commercial Realty. Phil started working in the commercial real estate business in 1994 and specializes in land sales and land acquisition for the development of mixed-use, retail, residential, and multi-family projects. He is a licensed broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and he is an active member of the Realtor Land Institute and holds the Accredited Land Consultant designation. Phil and his wife Susan live in Tega Cay, South Carolina and are active members of Steele Creek Community Church.

Robert Podewils

Robert has been employed in the commercial real estate industry since 1989, and is now a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Lighthouse Commercial Realty specializing in the sales and leasing of retail and office properties. Throughout his career, Robert has secured a total sale and lease transaction volume of $250 million, represented clients including British Petroleum, McDonalds, and Subway as well as handled commercial leasing and sales activity for mixed use developments such as Harrisburg Town Center. Robert is a CCIM Candidate and represents numerous developers and investors in the purchase and sale of investment properties. Robert and his wife reside in Weddington with their two young children.

Jeff Mullis, CCIM
Senior Advisor
Jeff serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Lighthouse Commercial Realty and represents private and corporate investors in the leasing, sale and purchase of land and income-producing retail property in Charlotte and the Foothills Region of North Carolina. His expertise in property evaluation, marketing, and the management of the transaction process insures that his clients' interests are protected and that maximum value is realized. With nine years of commercial real estate experience, he has secured more than 70 transactions that produced a sales volume valued in excess of $50 million in the last five years alone. Mullis holds the CCIM designation, and sits on the NC board of directors for this organization. In addition to being licensed in North and South Carolina for real estate brokerage, Mr. Mullis also holds an unlimited general contractor’s license. He earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Clemson University.
